The right to be informed about the processing of your data

Right to correction (rectification)

Right to deletion
Your personal data will be deleted if you assert a claim for deletion in writing and when this does not conflict with statutory storage rights or obligations. Right to object to the processing
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which takes place on the basis of Article 6 of the EU-GDPR. If you object, celotec will no longer process your personal data, unless we can prove compelling protection-worthy grounds for processing which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or when the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to transfer data
You have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this data to another responsible person without our interference. This is subject to the condition that this processing is based on a consent pursuant to Article 6 or Article 9 of the EU-GDPR, or based on a contract, and that this processing is carried out using automated procedures.
